As teenagers,we should always keep safety in mind. I'd like to tell you my own stories.
Last week,my mother bought a sandwich for my breakfast before eating it.I found the meat wasn't fresh,it smelled bad. Then I threw it into the rubbish bin because it may be bad for my body.
We should make sure that the food we eat is fresh enough.Also,we had better eat more healthy food,such as apples,carrots and so on.
Last summer holiday,I took the underground for the first time. The train moved very fast and it made a big noise when passing by.To protect ourselves,we couldn't go near the train and we should follow the rules.What's more,We shouldn't get off the train until the light turns green.
All in all,we should follow the traffic rules and the policemen's advice.We should eat fresh and healthy food.
